Otis Orchards, WA — July 11, 2018, Yuliya Chapurina died and Irina Chapurina was injured in an accident involving a semi truck.
The relevant events took place in the morning on State Route 290 at McKinzie Road.
According to information from the Washington State Patrol cited in local media, Yuliya’s vehicle was traveling north on McKinzie when it reached a stop sign at SR-290 and entered the path of Mason Baker’s semi truck.
First responders pronounced Yuliya Chapurina dead at the scene. They transported Irina Chapurina by air to Sacred Heart Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Mr. Baker had no reported injuries.
