Map of the Area
There are very few details with which to draw any concrete conclusion here, but I’m sure some people are already inserting their own preconceptions about what happened here. Put simply, a lot of people always assume that when someone crashes into the back of a vehicle, they’re automatically at fault. That’s just not true. Is it common? Of course, but just because something is common doesn’t mean we can jump to conclusions without a more thorough investigation.
The fact of the matter is until an experienced private investigator looks into this, there’s no way to be sure what happened here. Any incident involving an 18-wheeler is sure to have its fair share of complex factors, so the sooner a professional looks into this, the better.
