Map of the Area
Many people read about single-vehicle accidents like this and tend to assume the driver did something wrong to cause the accident. While driver-error is a common factor in these accidents, it’s far from the only way a car can lose control. Things like tire blowouts, mechanical failures, poor road conditions, and other such factors can also cause incidents like this one. The issue is that since many of these factors are rare and subtle, they don’t often show up in police reports. To ensure that all possibilities are being properly investigated, it’s best to have an experienced independent investigator look into the details. This will help ensure all possible factors–common and rare alike–are thoroughly considered so the truth can come to light.
