Harris County, TX: One Killed, One Hurt in Accident at Deer Trail & West Mount Houston

Harris County, TX -- A two-vehicle collision in the area of Harris County, TX claimed the life of an unidentified man and left one person with injuries Monday, July 17, 2017.

The crash took place at the intersection of Deer Trail and West Mount Houston around 8:30 p.m.

According to local police officials, a Jeep was northbound on Deer Trail when for unclear reasons, it collided with a Nissan. The unidentified driver of the Nissan was killed at the scene of the incident. A second person was left with injuries in the collision.

No more information was provided by the press release.

The official investigation into the incident is currently underway.
