Coby McNabb Killed, Christoval Villerral Hurt in Accident in Cottondale, TX

Cottondale, TX -- A two-vehicle crash in the area of Cottondale, TX claimed the life of Coby McNabb and left Christoval Villeral with injuries Wednesday, July 12, 2017.

The incident happened on FM 2123 and FM 51 around 10 a.m. It appears a Dodge Ram was stopped on FM 2123, where it was facing east. A southbound Chevy Silverado then arrived on the scene, and for unclear reasons, was struck by the Dodge Ram.

The driver of the Chevy, 30-year-old Mr. McNabb, was killed at the scene of the incident.

Mr. Villeral, 31, the driver of the Dodge, was left with serious injuries.

The investigation into the crash is currently underway.
