Worker Killed in Accident at Woburn Public Library in Woburn, MA

Woburn, MA --A construction incident at a public library in Woburn, MA claimed the life of an unidentified man Tuesday July 11, 2017.

According to local officials, the worker was killed at the site when for unclear reasons, a piece of rock broke free from the foundation. It appears the unnamed victim was crushed beneath the building. The exact cause of the incident is unclear.

The report made no mention of other injuries in the construction incident.

More information may be forthcoming as the investigation concludes.

The preliminary press release provided no further information regarding the deadly incident.
