One Hurt in Single-Vehicle Accident in Shreveport, LA

Shreveport, LA -- A single-vehicle crash in the area of Shreveport, LA left one person with life-threatening injuries Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

According to the report, the vehicle occupied by the victim was traveling in the area of Linwood when for reasons unclear, it lost control. The vehicle then smashed into a concrete barrier, causing the vehicle to flip. The crash then threw the driver from within the vehicle.

The report claims the injured driver was trapped beneath the van.

The male victim, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
