Woman Hurt in Accident at Hollyhock & Highway 158 in Ector County, TX

Ector County, TX -- A two-vehicle crash in Gardendale in Ector County, TX left an unidentified woman with injuries Thursday, May 1, 2017.

The incident happened at Hollyhock & Highway 158.

Police officials say a Nissan was eastbound on 158 when it attempted a right turn onto Hollyhock. A Mercury then crashed into the rear of the Nissan, forcing the vehicle to roll over.

The unidentified driver of the Nissan was hospitalized with injuries described as "minor."

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.

The report made no mention of other injuries in the crash.
