Man Injured in San Antonio, TX, Rollover Accident on Babcock

San Antonio, TX -- June 1, 2017, a man was injured as the result of an accident where his vehicle overturned along Babcock Road.

Authorities from the San Antonio Police Department were called out to investigate the accident at around 10:30 a.m. They say that the single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Babcock Road and Louis Pasteur Drive.

According to initial police reports, a man said to be in his late 20s was traveling along Babcock. For reasons still under investigation, the vehicle lost control and ran off the side of the road. This caused the vehicle to crash and then overturn onto its side.

The driver sustained injuries which were not specified. Rescue crews extracted him from the vehicle and transported him to University Hospital for treatment.

No further details have been released.
