Rayfield Dupree Killed, Tabatha Quint, Karolyn Jenkins, Yolanda Gay Injured in Anchorage, AK, Accident

Anchorage, AK -- May 28, 2017, Rayfield Dupree was killed, Tabatha Quint, Karolyn Jenkins, and Yolanda Gay injured, after a rollover accident.

Authorities from the Alaska State Troopers investigated the fatal single-vehicle accident. They say that it happened at around 7:00 a.m. along Parks Highway.

Preliminary reports have suggested that 89-year-old Dupree was driving a 1995 Chevy van at the time, with three passengers. For reasons unclear, the vehicle lost control and ran off the side of the highway. This caused the vehicle to overturn, severely injuring all occupants.

Dupree's injuries proved fatal, and he died at the scene. 41-year-old Quint, 49-year-old Jenkins, and 57-year-old Gay were taken to a hospital in critical conditions.

Police say the accident remains under investigations at this time.
