John Adams, Priscilla Hogston Killed in Catlettsburg, KY, Accident

Catlettsburg, KY -- May 30, 2017, John Lee Adams and Priscilla Suzanne Hogston were killed after an accident where their motorcycle crashed with a pickup.

Officials from the Kentucky State Police reported that the fatal incident took place Tuesday night US Highway 23 near McComis Drive.

Preliminary police reports indicate that 42-year-old Adams and 41-year-old Hogston were both riding on a motorcycle along the highway. For reasons which police are still looking into, the motorcycle lost control at the intersection and collided into the rear-end of a pickup.

Both riders were ejected from the motorcycle, sustaining fatal injuries. They died at the scene. No other injuries occurred.

Police say that the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
