Commentary

As is the often the case with early media reports, little information is available. It's unknown at this time what led to the first vehicle to lose control. Unfortunately, most media reports are simply distillations of the sparse details provided by police reports. To decide what occurred in this incident, and thereby determine fault, collection of evidence at the scene by experienced accident reconstructionists will be key.
