Kathleen Louise Lee Killed in Livingston, MT, Work Accident

Livingston, MT -- April 17, 2017, Kathleen Louise Lee was fatally injured due to an accident where she was run over at a construction site.

Deputies from the Park County Sheriff's Department were called out to investigate the incident at around 1:30 p.m. along I-90.

A construction crew was working on the interstate in an ongoing project, of which 52-year-old Lee was a crew member. Investigators reported that as Lee was working, another crew member somehow failed to see her while backing up equipment. As a result, the equipment ran Lee over, critically injuring her.

By the time emergency medical personnel arrived, Lee had succumbed to her injuries. Authorities did not report any additional casualties.

Police say that the incident is still being investigated. No further information is available.
