Woman Injured in San Antonio, TX, Car Accident on Nacogdoches

San Antonio, TX -- May 25, 2017, a woman sustained injuries as the result of an accident where multiple vehicles collided on Nacogdoches Road.

Investigators from the San Antonio Police Department were called out to the accident scene at around 8:40 a.m. near the intersection of Nacogdoches Road and Bell Drive.

Preliminary accident reports indicate that a woman was driving a Chevy Avalanche out of a nearby neighborhood at the time. She attempted to turn onto Nacogdoches, crossing paths with an oncoming BMW. The two vehicles collided, causing the Avalanche to spin out and strike two other vehicles.

The woman was extricated from her vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. No other injuries were reported.

Police did not say if any charges or citations were issued. No further details are currently available.
