The tendency in single-vehicle crashes is to automatically blame the driver. However, after years of litigating single-vehicle crashes, I've found that this isn't always so. Yes, it's true that it's often the fault of the driver. But, when it comes to single-vehicle accidents involving fatalities, the least we owe victims and their families is a more thorough investigation to rule out all other possibilities.
