Joshua Silva Killed in Fall River, MA, Motorcycle Accident

Fall River, MA -- May 18, 2017, Joshua Silva was killed as the result of an accident in which his motorcycle crashed off the highway.

Massachusetts State Police investigated the fatal accident, which they say took place at around 10:25 p.m. along State Highway 24.

According to initial police reports, 22-year-old Silva was riding a EX650 motorcycle along the highway. For reasons which investigators have yet to determine, the vehicle lost control and went off the side of the road. It crashed into a guardrail, ejecting Silva off of the vehicle.

Due to the crash, Silva was fatally injured. Emergency services pronounced him deceased at the scene.

The cause of the accident has not yet been determined. No further information is currently available.
