Five Hurt in Accident on U.S. Highway 180 near Fort Worth, TX
Fort Worth, TX -- A two-vehicle crash in Fort Worth, TX left five people, including two children, with injuries Saturday, May 20, 2017.
According to the police report, one vehicle was pulling out of a private drive, when it attempted to cross 180, colliding with a second vehicle. The collision forced the second vehicle off the roadway, where it rolled, ejecting a 1-year-old and an 11-month-old.
The incident left five people in the second vehicle hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
The driver of the first vehicle, an unidentified 82-year-old woman, was cited for failure to yield right of way. She was uninjured in the incident.
The official investigation into the incident is ongoing.
