Paul Henry Amos Killed, Thomas Edward Guill & Patrick Lee Shrader Injured in Accident in Bedford, VA

Bedford, VA -- A three-vehicle crash in the area of Bedford, VA led to the death of 80-year-old Paul Henry Amos and left Thomas Edward Guill and Patrick Lee Shrader with injuries Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

The incident happened at Centerville Road and Virginia 122 around 2:45 p.m.

According to the report, Mr. Amos was traveling in a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado when he attempted a right turn onto VA 122. A northbound 2015 Chrysler 200 crashed with Mr. Amos's car, and then went on to collide with a 2005 Volvo.

Mr. Amos was killed at the scene of the incident. Mr. Shrader and Mr. Guill were left with injuries in the crash.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
