Jonathan Miller, Dylan Spencer Killed in Campton, KY, Accident

Campton, KY -- May 17, 2017, Jonathan Miller and Dylan Spencer were killed as the result of an accident between a car and an 18-wheeler.

According to information released by investigating authorities, the incident took place near the intersection of Highway 15, Mountain Parkway Spur and Drake Street.

Officials claim that 27-year-old Miller and 20-year-old Spencer were both riding in a single vehicle along the highway. As they did so, their vehicle and an 18-wheeler hauling scrap metal somehow crossed paths with one another, resulting in a crash.

The collision was serious enough that both Spencer and Miller succumbed to fatal injuries. The truck driver was not injured.

Police did not say if any charges or citations resulted from the accident. Their investigations are ongoing.
