Worker Injured in Frisco, TX, Scaffolding Accident off John Hickman

Frisco, TX -- May 12, 2017, a worker sustained injuries due to an accident in which he somehow fell at a work site off of John Hickman Parkway.

Frisco Police officials and other emergency response teams were called out to the accident scene in the evening hours of Friday at a work site located near the intersection of John Hickman Parkway and Frisco Green Avenue.

According to investigating authorities, the man, whose identity was not released, was part of a work crew at an apartment complex that is under construction. He was on top of a scaffold at the time when he somehow lost balance. This caused him to fall nearly 40 feet to the ground below.

Reports say he sustained serious injuries and was transported to Medical Center Plano for treatment. No one else was hurt.

The exact details surrounding how the accident occurred are still vague at this time. No further information is available.
