Nine Hurt in Bus Accident on Troy Street in Dayton, OH

Dayton, OH -- A Dayton Public Schools bus collision in Dayton, OH left nine unidentified students with injuries Tuesday, May 16.

Based upon early media reports, it appears the school bus was involved in a rear-end collision on Troy Street. The incident left nine students injured; six were transported to a local hospital by rescue units; three injured children were transported by parents or guardians.

One official claimed she did not believe the injuries were severe.

The victim's identities are yet to be disclosed.

The investigation into the incident is currently underway, and officials hope to determine the cause.
