Steven Daley Killed in Work Accident in Chicago, IL

Chicago, IL -- A work related incident in Chicago, IL led to the death of 50-year-old Steven Daley Friday, May 5, 2017.

The incident took place at 5600 Glenbrook Boulevard around 12:44 p.m.

According to police, the man was mowing at the Hanover Park Wastewater Treatment Plant when for reasons unclear he became trapped beneath the water by a lawn mower.

Mr. Daley, a 19-year employee of the Hanover Park Public Works Department, was killed at the scene of the incident.

Local officials are currently working to determine the exact cause of the incident.
