Marc Cook Killed, Dangelo Dixson Hurt in Accident in Indianapolis, IN

Indianapolis, IN -- A suspected alcohol related crash in Indianapolis, IN led to the death of 30-year-old Marc Cook and left Dangelo Dixson, 30, with injuries.

The incident took place on I-70 Wednesday, May 10, 2017 around 5 p.m.

Police say Mr. Cook's repair van was parked behind a disabled vehicle on 70 when Dangelo Dixosn's vehicle approached the scene. Mr Dixson's Ford struck the repair van, pinning Mr. Cook between his vehicle and the disabled vehicle.

The exact cause of the incident had yet to be determined, but police say they believe alcohol was involved.

Mr. Dixson, who was injured in the incident, faces charges related to the crash.
