Richard B. Wysocki Killed in Accident in Washington Twp., PA

Washington Township, PA -- A two-vehicle collision in the area of Washington Township, PA led to the death of 34-year-old Richard B. Wysocki Saturday, May 6, 2017.

The incident took place on Route 66 around 11:30 p.m.

Police officials say the victim's vehicle was traveling along 66 when it collided with a flatbed truck. The crash killed Mr. Wysocki at the scene of the incident. The driver of the flatbed truck, who remains unnamed, was uninjured in the crash.

Local authorities are currently investigating the details of the incident in an effort to determine the exact cause.
