10-Year-Old Hurt near 1700 Kansas Avenue in San Angelo, TX

San Angelo, TX -- A passenger vehicle vs. pedestrian incident left a 10-year-old boy with injuries in the area of San Angelo, TX Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

The incident happened in the vicinity of 1700 Kansas Avenue Tuesday evening.

Police officials say the child was out playing on Kansas Avenue when he ended up in the path of a Ford passenger vehicle. The collision left the boy hospitalized with a head injury. The unidentified child was reportedly talking and responsive upon the arrival of emergency crews.
