Benny Capp Killed in Rope Swing Accident in Seattle, WA

Seattle, WA -- An incident involving a rope swing claimed the life of 12-year-old Benny Capp Saturday, April 29, 2017.

The incident took place outside a house in Whatcom Falls.

The report claims the boy was found hanging from the swing Saturday evening. The boy was hospitalized following the incident, but died four days later. Officials say the cause of death was asphyxia due to ligature hanging.
