Anthony Frausto, Anna Gonzalez, Joshua Rubio Killed in Sacramento, CA, Accident

Sacramento, CA -- April 30, 2017, Anthony Frausto, Anna Gonzalez, and Joshua Rubio were killed after a single-vehicle accident on the highway.

California State Highway Patrol Troopers report that the fatal incident took place around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 160 and Del Paso Boulevard.

According to their reports, 23-year-old Frausto, 20-year-old Gonzalez, and 24-year-old Rubio were occupants of an SUV that was traveling northbound along Highway 160. For reasons which have not yet been reported, the vehicle lost control and ran off the side of the highway. As a result, it ended up colliding into a tree and overturning.

The three victims were trapped inside the vehicle after the crash, and emergency services did not arrive in time to render aid. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, the factors contributing to the crash are still unclear. Investigations are still underway.
