Woman Killed in San Antonio, TX, Pickup Accident on Bulverde Road

San Antonio, TX -- April 29, 2017, a woman suffered fatal injures as the result of an accident in which her pickup lost control on Bulverde and crashed.

San Antonio Police Department officials reported that the incident happened just before 12:00 p.m. along Bulverde Road, north of Kinder Parkway.

According to preliminary details released by authorities, a woman, 70 years old, was traveling along Bulverde in a pickup truck. For reasons which have yet to be determined, the vehicle lost control and ran off the side of the roadway. It collided head-on into a brick wall.

As a result of the collision, the woman suffered fatal injuries. Officials say she was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators have yet to determine what might have caused the accident. Their investigations are ongoing.
