Helen Fogarty Killed; Anthony Bell & Ernest Breitung Hurt in Accident in Katrine, NY

Katrine, NY -- A three-vehicle crash in the area of Katrine, NY claimed the life of 48-year-old Helen Fogarty and left 49-year-old Anthony Bell and 49-year-old Ernest Breitung with injuries.

According to the report, the initial collision took place between a Volkswagen driven by Mr. Breitung and a Ford driven by 26-year-old Alton Mitchell. The Volkswagen reportedly rear-ended the Ford, forcing it into the opposite lane. The Volkswagen was then struck by a 20003 GMC driven by Mr. Bell.

Ms. Fogarty, a passenger in the Volkswagen, was killed in the incident.

Mr. Breitung sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Mr. Bell was treated and released with undisclosed injuries.

The official investigation into the crash is currently underway and may reveal more details as it concludes.
