One Killed in Truck Accident on U.S. 250 & 646 near Cadiz, OH

Cadiz, OH -- A collision between a passenger vehicle and two tractor-trailers killed an unidentified man in the area of Cadiz, OH Saturday, March 11, 2017.

The incident took place on U.S. 250.

According to the report, the man's vehicle collided with the first truck, spun around, and was then in a second collision with the second truck. The drivers of both trucks were left uninjured in the incident.

The driver of the car, an unidentified man, was killed at the scene of the incident.

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
