Kevin Jonathan Martinez, Miguel Montae Griffith Killed, One Hurt in Accident in Prince William County, VA

Prince William County, VA -- A two-vehicle collision in Prince William County, VA left 20-year-old Kevin Jonathan Martinez and Miguel Montae Griffith dead, and left one injured Saturday, March 11, 2017.

The collision happened on the Prince William Parkway around 9 p.m.

According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Martinez was headed west when it careened across the median. The vehicle ended up in the eastbound lanes of the highway, colliding with an eastbound vehicle driven by Mr. Griffith.

The incident claimed the lives of both drivers at the scene of the incident.

A third occupant was left with life-threatening injuries in the incident. Their current condition is unclear, but the report claims they are expected to recover.

The official investigation is currently underway.
