1 Killed, 3 Injured in Houston, TX, Accident at Beltway & Airport

Houston, TX -- March 12, 2017, one person was killed and three others were injured after an accident where two vehicles crashed on Beltway 8.

The Houston Police Department and other emergency services rushed out to the accident scene just before 5:30 p.m. The crash happened near the intersection of Beltway 8 and West Airport Boulevard.

Preliminary reports indicate that two-vehicles were traveling along the beltway when they were somehow involved in a collision with each other. Police have not yet indicated what factors caused the accident.

Authorities also have yet to release any identifying information on those involved. It's unclear from which vehicle the victims came.

At this time, Houston Police investigators continue to look into the fatal crash. They have not released any further information at this time.
