Larry Carner Killed, Michael Gilmore Injured in Accident in Tillamook County, OR

Tillamook County, OR -- A crash in the area of Tillamook County, OR left 54-year-old Larry Carner and injured 27-year-old Michael Gilmore Friday, March 3, 2017.

Police officials say the BMW occupied by Mr. Carner was headed south on Highway 101 when for reasons unclear it collided with a bus. The collision forced both vehicles into an embankment.

Mr. Carner was killed in the incident.

The report made no mention of other injuries in the crash.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.

The preliminary press release provided no further information at the time of its release.
