Bradley Crawford Killed in Monroe, GA, Truck Accident

Monroe, GA, -- March 2, 2017, Bradley Crawford suffered fatal injuries following an accident in which his vehicle collided with a garbage truck.

Authorities from the Walton County Sheriff's Department responded to the accident scene in the morning hours of Thursday. The incident occurred along westbound lanes of US Highway 78.

Early police investigations have indicated that 30-year-old Crawford was driving a Toyota 4Runner westbound along the highway. For reasons that have yet to be determined, his vehicle somehow ended up colliding into the back of a garbage truck that was stopped along the side of the highway.

The collision was severe enough that Crawford suffered fatal injuries. It's unclear whether he died at the scene or later on. Authorities did not specify the truck driver's condition.

No particular factors were said to be involved in the accident. Their investigations are ongoing.
