Bobby Bolin Killed, One Hurt in Accident in Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, NC -- A single-vehicle crash in the area of Charlotte, NC took the life of Bobby Brolin and left one hurt around 7 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2017.

The details of the incident are sparse, but it appears Mr. Bolin was driving the vehicle when the incident occurred. Police officials say the vehicle occupied by the victims left the roadway, going airborne. The car crashed into an embankment, leaving the passenger hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

Mr. Bolin was taken to a local hospital, but succumbed to his injuries a short time later.

The exact cause of the crash had yet to be determined at the time of the report.

The official investigation is currently underway and may reveal more details as it concludes.
