Jim Andrew Molina Injured in Accident in Laredo, TX

Laredo, TX -- A single-vehicle crash in the area of Laredo, TX left 19-year-old Jim Andrew Molina with injuries Monday, March 6, 2017.

The incident took place in the 3400 block of San Dario Avenue around 2:23 a.m.

According to the reports, the vehicle occupied by the injured driver was the subject of of a police pursuit. It appears the vehicle was being chased by the police when for reasons unclear it lost control. The vehicle then crashed into a light pole near San Dario & Lafayette Street.

As of the report's release, Mr. Molina was listed as having suffer internal injuries and head trauma. He was taken to a nearby hospital, but his current condition is unclear.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
