Joe Kelvin Brown Killed in Woodville, TX, House Fire Accident

Woodville, TX -- March 5, 2017, Joe Kelvin Brown was killed in , following an accident in which his house somehow burned down while he was inside.

Emergency crews were called out to the scene around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of County Road 4180 and FM 92.

Preliminary accident reports indicate that an emergency call came in for a large house fire along County Road 4180. They arrived to find the upper floor of the residence engulfed in flames. After some time, the fire was quelled and put it out.

Upon investigating the wreckage of the home, fire officials located the victim's body. He was identified as Mr. Brown. The exact cause of death was not reported.

Authorities say that the cause of the fire is currently being investigated. No additional details are currently available.
