Isiaka Falana Killed in Accident in Ackerly, TX

Ackerly, TX -- A single-vehicle truck accident in the area of Ackerly, TX claimed the life of 48-year-old Isiaka Falana Sunday, 5, 2017.

The incident took place on Farm to Market Road 2002.

At the time of the report, it appeared the semi-truck occupied by Mr. Falana was traveling along FM 2002 when for unclear reasons it lost control. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the truck entered the turn at an unsafe speed. Mr. Falana was killed at the scene of the incident.

The report made no mention of other injuries in the incident.

The official investigation is currently underway and may reveal more details as it concludes.
