One Killed, Jeremy Ferreira Hurt in Accident in Charlton, MA

Charlton, MA -- A two-vehicle collision in the area of Charlton, MA took the life of an unidentified person and left Jeremy Ferreira with injuries Friday, February 24, 2017.

The incident took place on Route 169 around 2:30 p.m.

At the time of the report, it appeared the two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision. The driver of a 2007 Chevy sedan was killed in the incident. The driver of the second vehicle, 37-year-old Jeremy Ferreira, was left with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The exact cause of the collision had not been determined at the time of the report.

The official investigation is currently underway.
