Jennifer Stringer Killed, Four Injured in Accident in Madison, MS

Madison, MS -- A three-vehicle collision left Jennifer Stringer dead, and injured four in the area of Madison, MS Saturday, February 25, 2017.

The incident took place on MS 22 close to Tripplet Road around 9 a.m.

According to the reports, a Jeep was headed west on MS 22 when it crossed the center line. The Jeep then struck an eastbound Dodge van. Following the initial collision, the Jeep then crashed head-on into a Nissan Altima.

Ms. Stringer, the driver of the Nissan, was killed at the scene of the incident.

The driver of the Jeep was taken by air to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Three people in the van were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.

The exact cause of the incident had not been determined at the time of the report.

Further information, including the identities and conditions of the injured victims, may become known pending the investigation.
