Everett Van Tassel Killed in Rocklin, CA, Trailer Accident

Rocklin, CA -- October 5, 2016, Everett Van Tassel was killed due to an accident in which he was struck by a trailer while working.

Current details surrounding the accident are still scarce at this time. OSHA officials investigated the accident and released a basic summary on what happened.

According to the OSHA investigator's report, Van Tassel was working on a Van Tassel Construction truck at the time of the accident. For reasons that were not determined, the trailer rolled off of the block. Van Tassel was unable to avoid the equipment, and he was crushed by the trailer.

This resulted in fatal injuries. No other injuries were reported following the incident. No further information has been released on the cause of the accident.
