Worker Hurt in Accident at Rainbow Bridge in Beaumont, TX

Beaumont, TX -- A work related incident in the area of Beaumont, TX left one unidentified person with injuries around 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017.

The incident took place on the Rainbow Bridge near Port Arthur & Bridge City.

The details of the incident are unclear, but it looks like the injured worker was a contractor. For reasons unclear, the worker fell, ending up with undisclosed injuries. At the time of the report, further information, including the identity and current condition of the victim had not been disclosed.

Local officials are currently examining the details of the incident in the hopes of determining the cause.
