Ryan L. Valle Killed in Accident in Spring Twp., PA

Spring Township, PA -- A collision between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer led to the death of 40-year-old Ryan L. Valle Friday, February 24, 2017.

The incident took place on Route 222 around 4:40 p.m.

According to police, the pickup collided with the semi while headed south on Route 222. It is unclear what caused the incident at this time. The report made no mention of other injuries in the incident. At the time of the report, the official cause of the incident had not been determined.

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
