Orlando Luna Hurt in Accident in Lubbock, TX

Lubbock, TX -- A single-vehicle collision in the area of Lubbock, TX left 24-year-old Orlando Luna with undisclosed injuries Thursday, February 23, 2017.

The incident took place at 5400 Fourth Street around 1:45 a.m.

According to the reports, the vehicle occupied by the victim was headed west when it went into the center median. The vehicle then collided with a light pole, leaving the victim in critical condition. The media report made no mention of other injuries in the incident.

The exact cause of the crash had not been determined at the time of the report.

Officials are currently investigating the possibility alcohol played a role in the crash, the report claimed.
