Daniel Krehl Killed in Accident in Suffolk County, NY

Suffolk County, NY -- A collision between an SUV and a tractor-trailer took the life of 31-year-old Daniel Krehl in the area of Suffolk County, NY Thursday, February 23, 2017.

The incident took place on Montauk Highway around 2:37 a.m.

As it appears, the SUV occupied by the deceased victim crashed into the semi-truck. The report claims the truck was stopped near Fanning Landing Road. Mr. Kehl was killed at the scene of the incident. The report made no mention of other injuries in the collision. The exact cause of the crash had not been determined at the time of the report.

The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
