Fidel Rubalcaba Sr. Injured in Accident in Odessa, TX

Odessa, TX -- A collision between a passenger vehicle and a bicyclist left Fidel Rubalcaba with injuries Tuesday, February, 21, 2017.

The incident took place near 8400 Highway 191.

As it appears, a GMC truck driven by 20-year-old Garrett Entz collided with the bicycle occupied by Mr. Rubacalba. The collision left the victim hospitalized, where he was last listed in critical condition. The exact cause of the incident had not been determined at the time of the report.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
