Christopher Rowles & Blake Hunt Killed, Brandon Hunt Hurt in Accident in Walker Co, GA

Walker Co., GA -- A single-vehicle crash in the area of Walker Co., GA took the lives of 51-year-old Christopher Rowles and 5-year-old Blake Hunt, and left Brandon Hunt hurt Saturday, February 18, 2017.

The incident took place on Highway 136.

It appears a minivan occupied by the victims was traveling along 136 when it crashed into a group of trees. Mr. Rowles and Blake Hunt were killed in the incident. 10-year-old Brandon Hunt sustained injuries in the crash. The exact cause of the incident is unclear as details in the report are sparse.

Authorities are examining the details and are looking into alcohol as a possible factor.

The investigation is currently underway.
