Bernard Wesley Killed in Work Accident in Belding, MI

Belding, MI -- A workplace incident in the area of Belding, MI took the life of 65-year-old Bernard Wesley Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

The incident took place at Spectrum Industries at 226 Crawford St. around 5 a.m.

The official investigation claims the victim was working maintenance at the time of the incident. The reason is unclear, but the report said Mr. Wesley fell. He was taken to Spectrum Health United, but was declared dead. The report made no mention of other injuries in the incident.

Officials with the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration were examining the details of the incident at the time of the report.

There was no further information made available at the reports release.
