Two Hurt in Accident on Interstate 37 in Corpus Christi, TX

Corpus Christi, TX -- A three-vehicle crash in the area of Corpus Christi, TX left two people with injuries Tuesday, February 14, 2017.

The incident took place on Interstate 37.

It appears one vehicle, a black truck, was speeding along 37 it lost control. The vehicle then flipped, colliding with the median. Two more vehicles slowed to help with the scene, but became involved in the crash. Two people were transported to a local hospital with undisclosed injuries.

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.

The preliminary press release provided no further information, including the identities of the injured victims.
