Ricardo Navarette Killed in Odessa, TX, Rollover Accident

Odessa, TX -- February 15, 2017, Ricardo Navarette was killed as the result of an accident where his vehicle overturned off the roadway.

Odessa authorities received an emergency call around 4:00 a.m. for the single-vehicle accident. They say that it occurred near the intersection of Pool Road and Rochester Avenue.

Early reports have stated that 28-year-old Navarette was traveling eastbound on I-20. For reasons that have yet to be determined, the vehicle lost control and veered off the road. It crashed through the roadside guardrail and overturned toward the Pool and Rochester intersection.

Due to the severity of the crash, Navarette sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Police investigators have not released any additional details regarding this accident. Their investigations are ongoing.
